We had today our first lunch of our lunch&dinner event series ” Uberdelicious Vol.1”. There are a dozen more coming up in the next 3 weeks. Check our Meetup site and join us for delicious food. Friday Chris Edwards is cooking for us meatlover a “Farm to table fried chicken and the egg lunch” .

Back to Lukas Volger, he cooked a simple and delicious vegetarian menu for 17 not vegetarian and we loved it. Mainly for people from the 9mmedia Office.

- Kabocha soup with sesame drizzle
- Brown rice salad with edamame, avocado, and citrusy-soy vinaigrette
- Wintertime spring rolls with shiitake mushrooms, basil, and peanut dipping sauce
- Brown butter chocolate chip bars for dessert.
